Troubleshoot Genesys Cloud issues before contacting Product Support


    Save time on your product support call by performing the following troubleshooting first. 

    1. Please update your browser or desktop app.
    2. Log out and log back in. 
    3. Clear your browser cache and refresh it again.
    4. Verify that the problem occurs on another workstation.
    5. Please check if the problem occurs to another user. 
    6. Turn the workstation off and then back on. 
    7.  If you are experiencing issues with BYOC Premises Edge, please install and test the latest version before contacting Product Support.
